Many nexus 4 phones have been cracking from less than half a foot of impact, even with protective cases on. Some even cracked on carpet. This phones design allows it to easily slip out of your hand, and provides little to no friction. Personally, mine fell from about 3/4 of a foot, cracked, and the screen wont even respond to touches. LG wants my phone for 5 days plus 3 days shipping each way. What I, and other Nexus 4 owners want is a functional phone, or our money back.
