Barr Lake Associates is requesting a revision to their planning of phase 3 to decrease the lot width from 70 feet to 60 feet in order to fit in an additional 11 homes. 

These additional 11 homes will add even more traffic than will already be present by the completion of phase 3. This will also increase the amount of usage for all amenities that have yet to be provided such as a clubhouse, pool, walking paths and green space. Furthermore it is not conducive to the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood. 

Adding an additional 11 homes could decrease the value of our properties.

The town of Lexington has been working towards preventing developers from creating such smaller lots in new neighborhoods,  such as they are proposing to do here. 

phase 3 is already planned to be the largest of all three phases. Phase 1 has two ways in and out and is currently the largest phase and will be the second largest phase. At the completion of phase 3 there will only be one way in and out. This is already a traffic issue for residence of phase 3. Adding an additional 11 homes only exacerbates the situation.

We the homeowners of Barr Lake do not want any additional homes in our neighborhood and/or phase 3.
