As patrons of Lexington Kentucky businesses, we believe everyone has the right to accessible and safe restrooms. Many people in our community have difficulty accessing a restroom because

1.     There is a lack of accommodations for their disability

2.     Their appearance does not conform to traditional gender norms, which often results in harassment.

3.     There is a lack of childcare accommodations for families.

4.     They may be accompanied by a parent or caretaker of a different gender.
