Signers of this petition are informing Lewisham planning department that there is no longer a demand for 66 Honor Oak Park to remain an A1 unit (retail shop).

Lewisham planning department is proposing refusal for the change of use from an A1 unit (Minimart) to an A4 unit (drinking establishment) at 66 Honor Oak Park on the grounds that they believe there is a concentration of the uses A3/A4/A5.

As times are changing so are people’s shopping habits. With more and more people shopping online there is less need for local retail shops, however, there is clearly a growing demand for more local places to spend an enjoyable time socialising.
