The Levi's classic 505 blue jean, as part of American pop culture, has recently undergone drastic changes...What was once a 'Regular Fit' blue jean is now called a 'straight fit'...They now fit like a low rise hip hugger, far too tight and too low for the demographic who wear them...These new cuts were never publicized to loyal Levis customers, (many of whom have been wearing the same cut of jeans for 10, 20, 30, and sometimes 40-50 years!..) and the 'Regular Joe's' who never needed to spend time shopping (simply locate your correct size, purchase and be on your way) are now discovering 'plumbers crack' and 'camel toe'...I'm asking Levis to make the 505 into what it once was, a classic regular fit blue jean...If you want to come out with a different cut, give it a new model numer, but don't screw with a classic...
