GREEN ACRES MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY
8785 Turkey Ridge Rd, Breinigsville, PA 18031
June 17th, 2025
To the Management of Green Acres
We, the undersigned residents of GREEN ACRES mobile home park, respectfully write to express our deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the continued unavailability of certain community facilities—particularly the swimming pool—which remains closed to date.
It is important to note that each of us has responsibly fulfilled our financial obligations, which include access to these shared amenities. The swimming pool, one of the main attractions during the summer, serves as a vital space for family recreation, community bonding, and relief from the heat. Having it unavailable at this point in the summer is disappointing and unacceptable.
We are especially concerned about the children’s pool, which has been out of service for the past five years. This prolonged closure is highly frustrating for families with young children who look forward to enjoying the community facilities they have been paying for, year after year, without results.
We respectfully request a clear explanation for these continued delays and a specific timeline for when both the main and children’s pools will be fully operational. Additionally, we urge management to consider compensation or adjustment for the lack of access to these promised amenities.
We expect a timely written response and concrete action that reflects consideration for the residents of this community, who continue to uphold their part of the agreement.
Sincerely,
Michelle Vargas
