Volunteer lead community green space is far more valuable to local residents than six (most likely unaffordable) apartments. Initiating a condemnation via eminent domain (or an outright purchase of the property from the city if the owner is willing to sell) to create and protect open space in a neighborhood that desperately needs it. 3. Encouraging an investigation by the DA's office into the propriety of the transaction that put the deed in TYC Realty hands. THIS IS WHAT OUR CITY NEEDS - STAND UP FOR THE GREATER GOOD, STAND UP FOR COMMUNITY GARDENS.
