I am here to talk about something super important - the right of women to speak up and be heard. I believe that every woman should be able to express her opinions and ideas without fear or intimidation, but unfortunately, that's not always the case. It's pretty messed up, but a lot of women face discrimination and harassment just for speaking their minds. They're talked over, ignored, or just straight-up dismissed, which is totally unfair. This not only keeps them from being heard, but also limits their opportunities and holds back progress.

So, I am calling on everyone - individuals, organizations, and governments - to step up and create a culture where women are encouraged and supported to speak up. It's now the  time to act because I want to see safe spaces where women can express themselves without fear of retaliation, and we want men and women alike to listen to and value women's perspectives.

Let's make sure that women have equal opportunities to participate in decision-making and leadership roles. It's time to educate people about the importance of gender equality and the value of diverse perspectives.
