Dear Blizzard Entertainment Team,

We, the undersigned players of World of Warcraft Classic Era Whitemane Alliance & Mankirk Cluster, are writing to respectfully request the reinstatement of the Might of Stormwind Buff. While the changes were influenced by feedback from many large streamers on the Deviate Delight servers, we believe that the specific needs and preferences of the Whitemane / Mankirk Alliance community were not adequately considered.

As players on both Whitemane & Mankirk, the reinstatement of the Might of Stormwind Buff would allow us to rebuff more easily and spend less time camping out for the Rend buff in Thrall's room. This change would foster healthier interactions with the game and improve the overall quality of life for our community. At the very least, we believe that the community playing on Classic Era servers should have the opportunity to voice their opinions on such changes through a petition or vote.

Currently, the Classic community is fragmented, with players on Deviate Delight, Whitemane, Mankirk, and Hardcore servers each having different preferences. The Might of Stormwind Buff is particularly beneficial for those of us on Both PvP and PvE clusters, as many of us raid on multiple characters per week and need to rebuff multiple times. We were excited about the initial change because it allowed for a healthier balance between our real lives and the game, without the need to wait for a 3-hour cooldown in enemy territory with a friend on a Horde character for each Rend buff. Many players were very enthusiastic about this significant quality of life improvement that the other faction already enjoys.

We have also been in contact with many regular Horde players, including guild leaders, who expressed concern that the reduced cooldown on Warchief's Blessing might lead to a shortage of Rend heads to drop. This was likely the issue that led to many Horde signatures, which had nothing to do with the Might of Stormwind and should be considered a separate issue. 

Additionally, the server population balance on both Whitemane & Mankirk favors the Alliance, and with the recent change, many Rend head buffs were wasted due to the lack of a cooldown applied to the buff.

We kindly ask you to consider reinstating the Might of Stormwind Buff for the Classic Era servers or, at the very least, allow the community to decide on such changes through a democratic process. This would demonstrate Blizzard Entertainment's commitment to maintaining a player-focused approach and improving the gaming experience for all Classic Era players.
