This petition is in regards to the recent policy change of on-site decorations. I'm highly disappointed and completely in loss of words for the lack of empathy being shown not only to me but the rest of the families. No memorandum provided to us. This is no way to hold a respectable business of operation, it was completely heart breaking to discover all the site decorations being displaced without letting us know, this is the only way I have left to show my affection and matter of coping for my beloved family member. To see a pile of displaced decorations and pictures being tossed to the side is completely disrespectful and beyond inhumane. I am requesting a copy of your current policy by laws to review the process of on site regulations. The loss of a family member has already been difficult to experience and to have to go through this experience with your business is an added emotional distraught. I am in hopes that whoever made the decision to desecrate these memorials, finds it in them to re-evaluate their decision.
