The lightless ghost shell was a variant of the "last city ghost shell (Damaged)" that all player characters of the red war had during the mission "Adieu". It was never meant to be obtainable however some players have managed to get it. This ghost shell looks like it is about to fall apart and is fighting for life as well as having the ghosts voice lines modified to sound damaged and glitched out. I think a lot of players would enjoy seeing this brought back as a purchasable shell as it's probably the most unique shell in the game and you had to get it through a bug. The best example of how it looks and sounds (as well as having the voice lines sounding different with this shell on) is on youtube in a video by "ThisDudePlays" titled "Destiny 2 Darkness Speech But With a Dying Ghost" and it makes the speech sound much better than the original speech despite the lines being the exact same. We have seen that it's still in the game bungie, all we want is for it to be added as an official shell. Maybe Xur can sell it a week or two out of the year or as a reward for a season pass. I know I would happily buy a shell like that.
