Because of the large number of Turkish and Middle Eastern people currently living in Scotland (Especially Glasgow & Edinburgh) and the expected increase in the future, we would like to show our interest towards low-cost flight operators (Pegasus Airlines). Istanbul is a transfer hub between Europe and Middle East, Pakistan, India etc. However, there is no low-cost direct flights from Scotland to Istanbul. People need to travel to Manchester or London to catch a low-cost flight. There is only Turkish Airlines flying from Edinburgh to Istanbul, but they overcharge due to lack of competition.

Furthermore, the outcomes of this undertaking, would not only be in freeing up time and saving money, but also it would increase the two nations` relations and boost tourism in Turkey.
