Waltham forest wants to make our black bin collections fortnightly after their recent survey  with only 55% of people agreeing it's the right step to take. i believe not enough people were aware of the survey and we should make them aware how many residents are against this proposal. This will not increase recycling rates, but will definitely increase fly tipping.
