 I earnestly petition to improve the working environment and treatment of nurses who play an important role in the Korean medical community. Nurses are dedicated to protecting patients' lives and improving their health, but their current working environment and treatment are impoverished. I want to present some reasonable grounds for this.

 First, please increase the number of nurses in hospitals and medical institutions to reduce the workload of nurses. This will contribute to providing better services to patients and improving nurses' work satisfaction.

 Second, please adjust shift work hours and ensure break times so that nurses can get enough rest. Also, please create a comfortable working environment for nurses.

 Third, please increase the salaries of nurses and come up with a plan to improve their treatment that recognizes their dedication and efforts. Through this, we hope nurses will feel financially stable and be able to work in the medical field for longer periods.

 Fourth, please introduce psychological counseling and stress management programs to support the mental health of nurses.

 Nurses play a central role in the healthcare system, and improving their treatment will ultimately contribute to providing better healthcare services to patients. We ask the government and related organizations to think deeply about this issue.
