In 2004, Nicolas Cage and the rest of cast got together for National Treasure. In 2007, it was followed up with the sequel, Book of Secrets. Since then, there was no hope until…during 2020. In 2020, it was announced of finally being a third movie, National Treasure 3. However, there was a side series made, but that only lasted one season, and it was called National Treasure: Edge of History. While a script has been developing, some of the original cast is already interested in returning. Not much is known or has been released yet but National Treasure 3 seems to be a slow moving process. Anyone that is a fan of this series or has grown up with it, is extremely excited for this. Whether it’s Disney not approving it, or some other unknown reason, the process of it has been extremely slow. It’s still unknown if this will happen, but there is hope and potential. If you want to show Hollywood, Disney, and others that this movie needs to finally happen, please sign this petition! Let’s all get together and help this movie FINALLY get made to get released!
