I, along with countless other customers of nearby businesses, have had to endure the rough conditions of the parking lot here for years. Citizens of the community have spent their hard earned money to repair damages themselves due to the lack of attention the parking lot has received. Every day our customers, some who are elderly and disabled, are forced to take extreme caution while navigating through these rough conditions. The neglected pavement has deteriorated so much that it now poses a hazard for both vehicles and customers.

The American Society of Civil Engineers' 2017 Infrastructure Report Card gave America's roads a grade of D, indicating that many are in poor condition (ASCE). This is not just an inconvenience; it's a safety issue. According to the National Safety Council, poorly maintained parking lots can increase the risk of accidents (NSC).
