The pain of losing family members in the Gaza conflict is a reality for many people in America & all over the world. 

    I am anti-war and pro-Palestine, but this does not make me antisemitic. This petition aims to clarify this misunderstanding that has caused unnecessary division and hostility.

Children are injured and 3/4 of all children are literally starving. At least 34,000 Palestinians have been killed. Over half were children. 76,000+ have been injured. It is estimated that over 13,000 are missing or under the rubble.

Yet, expressing concern over these casualties or advocating for Palestinian rights should not be misconstrued as antisemitism. Antisemitism is a form of hatred directed against Jews because they are Jews (source: International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance). It's crucial to distinguish between criticism of a nation's policies and hate speech against an ethnic group.

This petition seeks to promote understanding that this killing is only hurting all of us.

This petition calls on media outlets, social platforms, educational institutions, governments worldwide to ensure that advocating for peace or expressing support for Palestine does not automatically equate with antisemitism.

   The entire world has been calling for a permanent ceasefire. I believe EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT to protest our government supporting & arming Israel. 

It is in the best interests of our entire world that this killing stops. It is in every human’s best interest that a wider conflict NOT ENSUE. PLEASE LET’S STOP THIS TOGETHER!
