On the 17th of August 2023 I lost one of the most important people in my life, my big brother, His name was Michael Barnard

The grief I have carried with me since the morning of August 17th is something I never want anyone to have to endure, my brother was driving his car for weeks upon weeks unbeknown to him that his body was slowly being poisoned with a very deadly silent killer (carbon manoxide)! 
Carbon manoxide has no smell! 
Carbon manoxide is deadly! 
My brother was in his car that night listening to music on the beach front and he started to feel very poorly and very sick which resulted in him passing out and dying behind the wheel!
In the UK cars are not legally required to carry carbon monoxide detectors and I want to change that! (Although it is adviced to carry one in your vehicle) We have them in our homes it should be a legal requirement to have them in our vehicles also!!! 
if this post will teach you anything, it could potentially one day save your life! 

We waited 10 weeks to find out my brothers cause of death
The worst 10 weeks of our lives wondering why my brother was taken at the young age of 36 years! 
When my brother went for a drive that night he didn’t know his car would take his life he died scared and he died alone and that is something as a family we will never be able to come to terms with…
So if this post will teach you anything! You will go out today you will buy that carbon Manoxide detector and you will keep it in your car whilst on the go at all times! If anyone is unsure of where to buy them you can get them from b&Q, screw fix, you can order them online and they are not expensive! What is a couple of pounds for a life😢 

Even if just one person goes out today and purchases one, I know this post has done its job!
