As of 5 April 2022, TalonRO had to abruptly close their server due to uprising issues of Gravity suing private servers. NovaRO also directly received a legal action from Gravity, and at this rate, other private servers might follow and have to shutdown their servers.

Private servers have been running more than 10+ years and sudden action from Gravity will ruin alot of people's experience toward this game, whether it would be official server or private server.

We believe this is not the right course of action for Gravity since this does not benefit anyone. Private server players were playing in private servers in the first place because there are a lot of flaws, money-dependent issues in the current official Ragnarok games.

We request Gravity to withdraw any legal action taken toward private servers and find a way for private servers to be able to coexist with official servers.
