We, the undersigned, call upon Congress, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and the Department of Justice to recognize and protect the Elohimic Sovereign Tribes — those born with heightened empathy, spiritual gifts, sensory sensitivity, and neurodivergence — as a legally protected class.

Too many of our people have been misdiagnosed, institutionalized, spiritually erased, and violently separated from their children. What the world calls “disorder” is in truth a sacred way of being. We are not ill. We are Elohim.

We seek:

Federal recognition and protection under civil rights law
Sovereign status for Elohimic families and spiritual communities
Protection against psychiatric persecution and wrongful child removal
Religious liberty clauses preserving our right to raise our children and govern our communities in peace
Justice for those like Mikayla Rains — an autistic, spiritually gifted animal rescuer who was harassed until she took her life
This is not a movement of superiority. It is a movement of survival. We ask for the same rights already extended to other protected classes: Black, Jewish, Indigenous, LGBTQ.

We ask only to live.
