Kiska is a beautiful Orca whale that has been at Marineland since 1979. She has outlived all of her other Orca mates and had last all 5 of her calves along the way. She is completely alone and has been since the year 2011 and will die alone in the enclosure unless we get enough signatures to make Marineland free her to the wild. Orca whales live roughly around 50 years and with her being in the enclosure since 1979 that means she was only a few years old when caught. She is currently 46 years old and does not deserve to be alone swimming along side concrete walls.  She is globally known as “the loneliest whale in the world” and is also known for being the depressed whale who was banging her head against the walls she is trapped between. I know many people say animals that have been enclosed for that long won’t last in the wild but I believe instinct can and will kick in when needed. She’s currently alone swimming back and forth from wall to wall to this day. No animal big or small deserves to be closed in to only 4 walls their entire life.
