We are petitioning you to please let the case "State vs. Hamblin" go to trial where he can be proven guilty or innocent.  We want our justice system to function as it should and protect us and our families.  This case has be held up long enough in legal gymnastics.  The victims should be able to tell their story to an impartial jury who can decide the verdict.  There is enough evidence that a trial needs to happen and we want to see the system work as it should.  Please move this case to a trial for justice to prevail and protect our children.  Thank you
