We submit that Randy Lerner has 1.Failed in his promise to the lifelong fans of Aston Villa to keep the club safe and successful. 2. That he has knowingly withdrawn from the day to day affairs of the club leaving it in the hands of commercial managers who know nothing about football. 3. That he has sanctioned the appointment of poor quality managers who have agreed to work with his team without funds, the sole aim to reduce the club budget and wage bill. 4. That he has failed to reinvest sufficient funds into recruitment of quality players to maintain our Premier league status. 5. That he has sanctioned the purchase of poor quality players in a gambit to reap success from the unproven  'moneyball' culture which has led to our current poor status. 6.That he promised to sell the club 18 months ago and he would step down as chairman. 7. That he promised to maintain our Premiership Status - we are currently bottom and cast adrift facing certain relegation. We the undersigned call upon Randy Lerner and all of his administration to resign and leave our great club immediately. That Randy Lerner sell the club immediately to anybody that matches his original purchase price.
