We, the residents of Belgrave and Catherine Street, OBJECT to the application for the Premises Licence (LEIPRM1414), to be revoked on the grounds of prevention of crime and disorder and public safety and any other negative issues surrounding and relating to the Premises Licence and its licensing objectives in regards to Premises Licence Holder Mr Abhinay Patel And the Premises Abhinay Express, 76-78 Catherine Street, Leicester, LE4 6EL.

We have an interest in this application because The premises subject to this application are located in the ward of Belgrave and The majority of our members live within one mile from the location. 

We believe the establishment is being ran in a correct manner and all four of the licensing objectives are being promoted well.
