After collecting data from a survey and lengthy discussions about the issues surrounding catcalling, me and my associates discovered that many of us  have been catcalled by middle age men and how uncomfortable it made us, not only because we're minors (14-15) but also because strangers were yelling at us because they thought our bodies were hot.

We're making this petition to make a stand against catcalling minors because it is not only pedophilic, but also sexual harassment. The petitioners therefor respectfully request that the Legislative Assembly of Victoria make it illegal to catcall minors and if somebody is reported to have catcalled a minor a fine will be charged. This problem affects many young girls and you can help make a change by signing this petition.

By signing this petition, you are helping us prevent catcalling by enforcing a fine when somebody is reported to have been catcalling. Those accused of cat calling will have the rights to request a fair trial.
