📌FEED THEM!!!

 

My name is Beatrice, and I am kindly asking for your help as someone who cares about stray animals. These animals, like us, just want food and a safe place to stay. Feeding them should not be a crime – it is an act of kindness and care.  

 

Right now, people who feed stray animals in public places can be punished by law. But these punishments stop kind people from helping, and they take away food from animals that need it. In the U.S. alone, there are about 70 million stray animals ("Pet Statistics." American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 2021). Many of them are homeless because of human neglect. They deserve kindness and help.  

 

That is why we ask our lawmakers to approve a rule that allows people to feed stray animals in public places without getting fined or punished. Let’s make sure good-hearted people can help these animals without fear. Sign this petition and support feeding stray animals!
