Microblading eyebrows falls under tattoo laws in SC, and it is not legal to tattoo above the neck unless you are employed under a Medical Doctor. This law restricts my ability to practice my profession freely and serve those who need my services.

South Carolina is the only state where tattooing above the neck is still not legal.
