Pit bulls are constantly stereo typed, media has put down this dog and made it into something it's not. A dog is not born mean but with an irresponsible owner it will become mean. You can take ANY dog and make it mean, if you raise them with respect and don't abuse them or force them to fight. A Pitbull is a loyal breed of dog and will do anything to please it's owner that's why they fight in the first place, if they were bred for fighting, because their owner wants them to. Just like people. Pit bulls were tought to fight because of their strength not because they are born mean. It is a provin fact that a dog can be born mean. That all goes back to how you raise it. People attack people all the time and they dont have to wear staight jackets or have high fees. Its the same consept. The only reason a dog should be taken from a home is if it attacks somebody.
