I am a resident of Toledo, Ohio and a practicing nudist. For me, being nude is not just about comfort but also about maintaining my mental and physical health. It's a lifestyle that promotes body positivity and acceptance. I believe that nudity is natural - it's how we came into this world and it's how we should be able to live if we choose to.

In the Raintree Village Trailer Park on Alexis Rd., i wish for our homes, cars, backyards and surrounding areas to be recognized as clothing-optional zones. This would allow us to express ourselves freely without fear of legal repercussions.

According to the Naturist Society Foundation (2017), naturism has been found beneficial for both mental health by reducing stress levels and physical health by increasing Vitamin D absorption from sunlight exposure when practiced responsibly.

We ask our local government in Toledo to consider our plea seriously. We are not asking for public nudity everywhere but designated zones where people can choose whether or not they want clothing to be optional – starting with Raintree Village Trailer Park on Alexis Rd., followed by other neighborhoods showing interest.
