The Marijuana Regulation, Control, and Taxation Act would end marijuana prohibition in Rhode Island and replace it with a system in which marijuana is legal for adults and regulated like alcohol

Regulating marijuana like alcohol will make our communities safer, bolster our state economy, and improve public health by replacing a dangerous illicit marijuana market with legitimate businesses that are subject to oversight and responsible regulations. 

Please sign our petition calling on the Rhode Island General Assembly and Gov. Raimondo to take action to ensure the Marijuana Regulation, Control, and Taxation Act passes this year. Let them know Rhode Island should not have to wait another year to end the failed policy of marijuana prohibition!
