Animal rescue is something I am passionate about however it has come to my attention that animal rescues are not beholden to any over seeing body which I am shocked about.

I have recently had an awful experience with an animal rescue who has no legal structure in place and is just handing out traumatised dogs to the general public with no back up or support and no neutering, vet checks or assessments.

This sets the dog up for failure and is a danger to society. 

Without  legal structure in place and in the wrong hands this is a very concerning situation and costs lives.

I believe this is something that needs addressing and acting on without further delay for everyones safety. Rescues who act irresponsibly should be held to account, stopped.
