Legal Action Against Astrograph for Violating Agreements to PAID Pro Lifetime customers

Legal Action Against Astrograph for Violating Agreements to PAID Pro Lifetime customers
The Issue
As a previously satisfied customer of Astrograph's Time Passages Pro Lifetime app, it has been such a violation of consumer trust and ethical practice to foist onto Lifetime customers a new subscription-based version without properly ensuring their loyal lifetime users have been grandfathered.
Compare this with other apps, such as DayOne, where proper attention and care were taken to ensure those who made one-time purchases kept the features they paid for, while adding new ones to entice subscription--instead of foisting it on them or coercing them by disabling certain features like carrying over the number of profiles that had accumulated over a lifetime--which was the very reason why customers PAID for the Pro Lifetime app.
Many previously happy customers must have recommended the app--I know this was how I found out about the app--through a friend's recommendation--which I found useful and immediately paid for the Pro Lifetime version (instead of the free version), and countless others probably had the same experience over the years.
Over the years, tech/app companies have moved more and more intro the subscription model. But some companies have done it better than others, and have managed to honor the loyal customers who paid/supported them in their early app stages and were faithful uses/referrers of the app which caused the app to grow. But some companies have attempted to transition into subscription models in such a terrible way that it leaves customers stunned and violated. And if we continue to let these companies behave in such unethical and irresponsible ways, we will continue to be violated.
Astrograph has violated their service terms and agreements on their app Time Passages Pro Lifetime which has/had been available both on the Apple App Store and Google App Market. These violations involve coercing customers into a subscription-based version of their app without rightfully grandfathering those who had already paid for lifetime use. This forced migration displays a lack of respect for their most loyal customer base and treads on the very principle of fair trade practices.
As reported by the Federal Trade Commission, it is unfair and deceptive to make substantial changes to the terms of a contract after a consumer has agreed to them, especially if the changes increase the cost or decrease the utility of a product or service (FTC). This strongly echoes with the situation we, the customers, are currently experiencing with Astrograph.
Legal action against Astrograph can begin when there is sufficient understanding that this sort of unethical and illegal company behavior will continue until customers recognize it is in violation (to service terms and agreements, to consumer protection laws, and to ethical and honorable practices) and decide to take action. The signatures collected here can start the process.
