Led Lights for the walkers

The Issue

I am graduate from ITT TECH. With a Associates Degree. Thought it would be nice to pattern led lights for the walkers. Due it's very dark outside in the night time and driver can not see them until it is to late. It would be nice to have flashing led lights go off and on so drivers can see the person with the walkers. Thank you Sandra Barry
