Moreland Estate Management Ltd (acting for The Ground Rent Trst Ltd and associated companies) has in our opinion been conducting themselves unethically, unprofessionally and exploiting leaseholders by charging unreasonable service charges, not fulfilling basic requirements and communicating in a threatening manner by demanding monies without justification.

They have acted negligently toward properties and against the leaseholders and residents requirements and failed to respond to their enquiries. Moreland Estate Management has been in our opinion causing distress toward their clients and residents.

They have declined to comply with court judgements which have been made by First Tier Tribunal. Moreland has withheld information which should be public to all leaseholders and refuse to answer simple requests. In our opinion Moreland Estate Management fail to carry out basic services for which they have been paid and conduct themselves with minimal professionalism. Their behaviour has been reported to local councils and MPs , Ombudsman and Property Redress Schemes (one of which Moreland was struck off) and First Tier Tribunal on numerous occasions and nothing appears to be addressed.

Together as Leaseholders and residents of the properties managed by Moreland Estate Management Ltd we ask that they be removed from the register of TPOS (The Property Ombudsman Service) and that finally justice may be served.
