Riot Games has chosen to remove Normal Draft Pick from servers such as JP and OCE. However, I believe that this game mode should be restored. Firstly, draft picks allows players to get their desired role without arguing in champ select, which consequently prevents toxicity or grieving in the actual match. Secondly, I believe that draft pick reduces trollers, and increases the balance between teams. Especially at lower levels, teams often lack players for less popular roles, such as support or jungle. This decreases the game experience as you are unable to win bot lane as ADC or secure objectives. Also, Draft Picks allows players to ban champions that are overpowered in the current meta, which means that both teams almost always has at least one champion that is far too strong. Finally, I believe that many players such as myself enjoy playing Draft Pick as opposed to Ranked or Blind Pick, and the player base has greatly increased over the past few years.
