Friends and allies, Several Senators are now under investigation by the RCMP for expense abuse, including Senator Boisvenu, who is C-51 seconder of record for the Conservatives (see http://is.gd/MWKhpy). The Auditor General has a key report regarding senate corruption coming out on Tuesday, which is the same day as the final C-51 vote. We're suggesting that people write to the Senate today and tomorrow, to let them know a vote on something as important as national security and Charter Rights should not happen on the same day as a historic report regarding Senate corruption.
