CAMS lacks inclusion and diversity. Black Scholars have often failed to see representation in the student body as well as in administration and faculty. Me, my classmates, and generations of Black CAMS students have experienced the huge lack of representation on campus and the appropriation of oppression and profiling within the administration. Our experiences at CAMS have continued to impact us for years after graduation. This petition is one of the forms of documentation we plan on sending to CAMS adminstration and whomever else this may concern, in order to magnify the importance of black representation and black voices on campus both in the student body and in the administration.
