Remove Ron Sutton As ACO of Lawrence Township (Cumberland County, NJ)

The Issue

The citizens of Lawrence Township are asking for a new ACO. For years, people have complained, petitioned and tried to educate. THE TIME FOR CHANGE IS NOW! We are asking that Ron Sutton be removed as ACO within 30 days! No more animals need to be put in danger by someone who truly does not care for them. He doesn't even have the proper equipment to trap an animal or scan them for a microchip. By now, most of you have probably heard about the white pit-bull who was "ALLEGEDLY" shot and killed by no fault of his own. He was injured, hungry and scared. He was finally able to break free from a bad situation only to be "ALLEGEDLY" shot and killed by a State Police officer that was called to the scene by RON SUTTON (ACO). While we acknowledge the fact that Ron did not physically pull the trigger, we also feel that Ron was negligent in his approach to the procedures that should have been followed. He even went as far as telling the officer the dog was aggressive, which could not be confirmed by anyone else who had come in contact with the dog including my wife and I. He never once tried to trap the dog or even mentioned it as an option! He does not care about the well being of animals and he took the easy way out. We want this to be taken seriously because IT IS MOST DEFINITELY VERY SERIOUS! Stand with us and make the change that has been long overdue. FIRE RON SUTTON!

WE ARE THEIR VOICE!

Sincerely, The Taxpayers Of Lawrence Township
