Why this petition matters

Started by John Stokes

Dezrin Carby-Samuels could have been alive today if it was not for the profound unethical conduct of John Summers who practices law in the Province of Ontario, Canada as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

It was back in February 2016 that Justice Patrick Smith ruled that Dezrin's son ought to be reunited with his mother to facilitate her recovery from having been subjected to profound psychological, emotional and physical abuse by her husband.

Since that ruling, John Summers had been paid reportedly $300/hr by an "undisclosed source" under the apparent instructions to perpetuate that abuse at any and all costs.  John Summers without regard for the sanctity of life; the inviolable rights of the elderly and disabled; and standards of professional integrity in law, thwarted all efforts mounted by her son to independently verify the well-being and desires of his mother to be extricated from a milieu of abuse.

This includes the efforts of Justice Macloed to support the independent verification of Dezrin, and the efforts of administrative judge Beaudoin to pursue recusal.

The lies, deception and tactics of manipulation has been documented in the book titled John Summers: The Untold Story of Corruption, Systemic Racism and Evil at Bell Baker LLP.

As a result such apparent nefarious activities by John Summers which undermined the efforts of three different judges who sought to defend human rights, Dezrin was apparently condemned to a premature death and for these reasons, John Summers has no business practising law anymore in Canada.

We, the undersigned, support the expulsion of John Summers from the Law Society of Upper Canada for documented breaches on professional ethics.
