Carley Parish managing partner of Lutz Parish in Hampton New Brunswick filed false allegations of assault against me with the family court for personal gain in a custody battle as my son and daughter are her niece and nephew..This technique is called a “Silver Bullet” at the time she was a member of the board of the Law Society of New Brunswick.

An independent Ad Hoc Registrar had to be brought in to investigate since she was on the board and having someone from the law society investigate her would be a conflict of interest.* An independent investigation was conducted and 9 months later it was warranted. The complaint was forwarded to the Complaints committee while they rendered their decision, Carley Parish was appointed President of the Law Society of New Brunswick. She knowingly broke the cardinal rule of a practicing Lawyer which is to avoid conflicts of interest at all costs.

What makes matters worse is that she had personal information about me having handled financial, legal and family matters for me in the past furthermore I was contracted by her to do their firms social media. She even was the commissioner of oaths at our wedding which was held at the Lutz Parish Law firm.

I have suffered the loss of Interim Custody of my own children by this attack while she finally admits to the conflict as did her partner David Lutz she was only required to apologize to her peers and not even to me.

Please help our campaign to have Carley Parish removed as the President of the Law Society of New Brunswick.
