We are neighbors who are requesting a meeting to address some concerns about the lack of transparency from this board. Over the past few months there have been many Unsettling issues in our community.

1. Beginning with the request to allow an RV to be placed in the driveway (temporarily) of one of our neighbors while she was on the front lines treating patients with Covid 19 . The board initially refused and then only relented due to the the negative publicity the community received after the negative new on television and social media.

2. A few weeks ago we get a letter in our mail box asking us to vote on a By-Law change with no explanation or background information on why this is being asked of us at this time. What is behind this request?

3. The third and possibly most troubling issue is that people in the community are very distressed and disappointed to hear that Vicki Mitten and Access Management is resigning in July . Why has the community has not been made aware of this ?
And what is the reason for their resignation?

4. We have not been notified about the election of board members which was scheduled to take place in June. We are supposed to be informed about the date of the elections 45 days ahead of time.

WE HAVE MANY QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED.

We are requesting a meeting with the board ASAP, before June 10.
We understand that this is a challenging time, However Per Governor Murphy ’s latest Update
Outside meeting are allowed with social distancing measures in place. We have the space on the tennis court or by the pool to bring our own chairs and sit 6
feet apart. We also request that no changes be made to the by-laws until we hold a community meeting.
