Last Call: Repeal DADT and Pass the Dream Act!

The Issue

We are down the wire now and we need to let the Senators who are on the fence know what we want. Let's pass this around as fast as possible and try to generate thousands of signatures. Everytime someone signs this and email is sent right away to the 20 Senators that we are targeting.

The list consists of Blue Dog Democrats and Center Right Senators, and some that haven't committed to a vote either way. We hope that this last minute push will be enough to flood their emails boxes and push them over to our side of the fence... er... I mean vote.

I'm particularly concerned about campaign finance reform and the horrendous decision that the Supreme Court made in January of 2010. The Citizens United vs. FEC ruling opened the floodgates for unlimited corporate and 'secret' campaign funding. This is very bad for liberals and our causes because corporations give far more to conservatives because they tend to favor the free market and little regulations. I support the repeal of DADT, The Dream Act, Nearly all environmental causes, animal protection, Civil and Human Rights issues, Labor Rights and a host of other liberal and progressive issue.
