Judge Terrence J. McGann of the Montgomery County Circuit Court has demonstrated time and time again that he is incompetent and cruel. Significantly more depraved than nearly all that he judges.

In 2008, Judge McGann administered an egregiously unfair sentence to Richard Martin, effectively destroying his life. At the sentencing hearing it was despicable that he was obviously flirting with the married and pregnant prosecutor Christina Favretto. Furthermore, he derided Mr. Martin's mother, Kathryn Martin, an upright woman who has served the State of Maryland as a RN for decades. This was all done in front of Mrs. Martin's elderly father, a successful business owner and Army Veteran, and her two teenage daughters.

Judge McGann doesn't care about the People of Maryland. Judge McGann doesn't care about the law. Though Ronald Marc Levin was obviously guilty of a crime and was later disbarred by the Court of Appeals for stealing from Joseph, Greenwald & Laake P.A., Judge McGann ruled that Levin did not intend to commit a criminal act, and Levin was not prosecuted.

Terrence J. McGann is an enemy of the People of Maryland and must be removed!!!
