Old Town Candy Co in North Beach, Maryland is no longer in business. It was a very iconic part of North Beach and is the one and only place to get classic old time candy that we all know and love. Old Town Candy is a place that brings memories to my family and many others. It was a tradition of my family’s to go to the boardwalk and get ice cream at the Hershey’s ice cream shop right before the Old Town Candy Co. We would then walk 3 buildings down to the candy shop and get every type of candy that our hearts desired but also all know and love. Old Town Candy was one of the few places still around and the only place in Southern Maryland that offered the memories and Great candy from all different era’s. Losing Old Town Candy Co is like losing a part of our childhood and a big tradition as well. I hope this petition will bring back our Old Town Candy Co along with all of our beloved memories and traditions, Thank you for your time and signing this petition:) Let’s bring back our Old Town Candy Co in North Beach!!
