Adaptation to life after COVID-19 has been a difficult transition to deal with physically, mentally, and emotionally. Life at Langston has been a very different experience for students from every demographic, and making the necessary changes to thrive in an academic environment has been difficult for a large portion of the student body. Many of us are having a hard time retaining information and receiving the necessary assistance we need after such a short time dealing with the Hybrid style of learning. The honors students, band members, athletes, and student employees alike all have something to strive for in a high GPA. The option for Pass or No Pass can help us receive that extra push we all need in these trying times. We ask that our Academic Board and Student Government Association understand that we are all dealing with internal and external stresses, and would like to keep our GPAs high and aspire for academic excellence.
