As a resident of Texas and a civilian for many years here. I want to issue that the traffic is absolutely terrible. And you may wonder where am I going with this, I believe that lane splitting should be legal for not on the state Texas but globally.

  I believe that this will possibly reduce traffic space, and be beneficial to motorcyclist. If there law stays the same then traffic will be backed up about the same if not more for a small vehicle such as the one I'm referring too (motorcycle).

  According to txdot.gov. In 2023 599 motorcyclists lost their lives in motorcycle accident, and 2,483 was seriously injured. I believe that lane splitting will be better for drivers that does not see the motorcycle and for motorcycle safety to potentially maneuver out the way or avoid any accidents. I'm seeking to save more lives and risk less injures while people are driving or riding there vehicles.
