  County, City, State Departments Fail to Inspect                                                                     Health & Safety Living Conditions

Our Childrens Quality of LIFE Present & Future have not been HEARD only seen. As a Parent it`s our job to Speak on behalf of out Children we are their Advocates and their Voices are HEARD thru us. Our Children are not Knowledgeable on Legal, Civil, & Natural Human Rights it`s up to us to Educate and Prepare them so they will be knowledgeable on knowing when to ACT in their future if issues or situations like this happen to them when they become Parents. I am a Single Mother of 3 Children and My Children have developed Illnesses due to the Neglectful Health & Safety Inspections by Our Apartments Management. I`ve tried to seek out and find HELP from my County, City, State Departments but my issues or situation was only individual issues and not considered Big Enough to be Epidemic of Community SIZE for them to get involved or to help Enforce Basic Health & Safety Living Conditions. I`ve tried to seek the help from different local city programs, County Authorities and State officials and after sending several emails and making several calls leaving voicemails and texts messages to the wrong Government officials local and state wide they kept forwarding me to other people they thought could help me and those Gov.Agencies couldnt help me because they were the wrong Regional Dept. until i finally got the right DEPARTMENT. I had NO idea or knowledge of me reaching the right department until a week later Legal Aid had been assisting me in my efforts of being HEARD and saw that someone had forwarded to the right Department. After i had been forwarded to several different regional Departments an it being the wrong dept. everytime i began to feel Hopeless in this never-ending Government Sites that are supposed to be easy to navigate an comprehend for they were not, but if not knowledgeable of the Gov.Site then you will get Frustrated Confused an want to give up as i did, but I dont know the meaning of Giving Up or Backing Down no matter how difficult or big the challenge maybe. As i said earlier after having the feeling of wanting to give up I looked over at a picture of my Children and a Spark of Inspiration Mothers Intuition hit me. Its something ive always told my children "That if you have something on your mind an it weighs heavy where you feel it through-out your entire body then its something definitely worth Fighting for or Speaking on". After leaving the voicemails sending emails and text messages to every number and emails listed on all the websites i repeated the process doing it all over again thinking maybe if i overload the voicemails emails and text messages maybe someone will hear me and they did now its all a process of waiting now. While waiting i still have to pay my rent an report repair orders which means i still have to see the same Office Staff that has ignored an neglected my childrens Health & Safety. They are Rude an Ugly in how they talk to me an other Tenants since ive spoken up and reported them to Fair Housing Act for Texas and its not right or fair to be treated this way just because We are Speaking up on how the Office Staff is treating us an their Deliberate Deception on our Gov. Official Paperwork. On top of all of that the Assistant Manager & Secretary at my Apartment Office had the NERVE to tell me that there was something more "IMPORTANT than MY CHILDRENS HEALTH & SAFETY" thats why they pulled the Maintenance Man from my Apartment while he was trying to repair my A/C Unit which had not been working for over 2 weeks. Ive become so Impatient with the Apartment Staff i had to bring my Father with me when i talked to them so i can have a witness an translator because they like to talk in Spanish about the Tenants. So the next day my father and I returned to my Apartment to see if anything had been fixed an nothing was the Door to my A/C Unit was left open showing the Exposure of MOLD living and growing inside my A/C unit. I had told the Management about the MOLD growing in my Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Oven, In the walls of my downstairs Shower, Around the Tub and Inside the Wall my Upstairs Restroom which is a problem greater than BLEACH can Clean or Kill!!! I went over Managements head when i saw the Regional Field Manager there that day i tried talking with her apparently she knew of my situation already and when she saw me she said (" That she did not have TIME to HEAR my concerns because my issues or situation was to TIME CONSUMING an she had other things to get done before she went on her 2 to 3 week vacation and i would have to WAIT till she got back for her to address my Situation"). I`m a Mother who has just been told by Office Management, County, City, and State Departments & Officials whos supposed to provide an enforce Healthy & Safe Living Conditions that MY CHILDRENS HEALTH issues or situation that we are going thru is not IMPORTANT!!!!! I`m Hella P***ed Off Enraged, Furious, Patients & Calm are no longer in my Vocabulary as a Mother it is my job to SPEAK UP & OUT LOUD when it comes to my Children`s HEALTH & SAFETY concerns. We thought we were moving into what we saw as our HOME and my kiddos know some of the kids that stay in the Apartment`s we live at now. That`s what we thought instead i watched my Children`s Health Deteriorate thinking its their seasonal allergies kicking butt or some tummy virus they got from school or its puberty. Instead my youngest daughter developed Asthma and my oldest daughter developed Seizures and mood swings, while my son developed Frequent Nosebleeds,Horrible Anxiety, and Skin Rashes. Being a "Mother" means you know when something is not right  that feeling is called Mothers Intuition, and we know when kids hit puberty they will start to experience Anxiety, Acne, and Middle School Life their hormones are changing and everyone knows what that feels like. I knew when i saw more Runny Noses, Sore Throats, Ear Infections, Headaches that turned into Migraines, Itchy irritated Eyes, Blurry Vision, Brain Fog we call (Brain Farts), and Depression. I saw the Life & Happiness was being drained from my children an I took a moment to cry, But i remembered i`m on a mission My Children`s Voices are not being HEARD and that`s the [CHANGE] right there. So i did the process of elimination and I even went to their Primary Care Doctors Office an had a Doctor give me their opinion on the matter they wrote me Doctors Notes to give to the Apartment Staff given their opinion on our matter but that did not help. I will NO Longer be told to be Patient and Wait as I watch my Children develop more Health Issues. I know that no one wants to be Held Accountable or be at Fault for Neglecting the Health & Safety of my Children, But someone will be HELD ACCOUNTABLE an be at FAULT for Ignoring, Neglecting my Children`s Health and Well-Being. You all (Y`all) seem to forget that a Loving Mother will FIGHT without END when someone or something has Threatened or tried to Harm their CHILDREN being Ignored and forgotten while living in these Uninhabitable living Conditions feels just like that. I Urgently need HELP for the Sake of my Children an All the Children who have a parent or Guardian that cannot or will not Speak-Up because they mit be afraid of being Retaliated against, Ridiculed, Embarrassed, or Ashamed of being unknowledgeable on how to help their Children. Our Elderly are Affected by this as well their more Susceptible to infection or Illness and they Depend on us to provide them with Healthy & Safe Living just as they did for us. All those who are Disabled or with Disability all of us everyone one we are Affected by this if we don`t "Break The Cycle Now" and Speak-Up Our Voices will never be considered Important if we don`t ACT NOW... We Tenants or Residents of the City of Temple have tried to reach out to our County, City, State Departments about our Health & Safety Living Conditions at Canyon Creek Townhomes Apartment Complex in Temple, Texas and no one has Heard our very Desperate and Urgently needed Cries for Help. I am asking All Residents Far and Wide of the State of Texas and all Citizens of The United States of America to Please Help us with Our Fight for Basic Health & Safe Living Conditions for all those Mentioned and to HOLD Accountable all those who have FAILED and NEGLECTED our Basic needs of Living. Yes we are Government Assisted but that does not mean we are not Entitled to our Natural God-given, Legal, and Human Rights. If we take away all the money and material things that has been determined as the consistent Line which divides us,and has been told to us those things are what make and give us Higher Status or Class in Life, and having that makes you more Important you will see we are ALL HUMAN BEGINS. We are all the same with Basic Needs Food, Habitable Shelter, Safety that should be provided all the same no matter Status or Class No One Person is more Superior or Important than the next. We all have a Life & Voice that should be just as Influential, Powerful, and Equally Heard as everyone else. If Management County,City,State Departments & Authority Officials who have allowed these Uninhabitable Conditions to be Considered as Habitable and Safe it`s because we have NOT STOOD UP Together and ENFORCED Our VOICE & Expressed Our Living Standards and what we`ve been LIVING in is NOT OK. NOW is the Time to SPEAK-UP, Now is the Time to be HEARD, Now is the Time for all of us to STAND Together to FIGHT for our Right to Live and make those who are supposed to Enforce Healthy & Safe Living for us to DO their JOB the way they we`re Trained, Taught, or Told and Stop cutting corners and Being Cheap by Thinking BLEACH can Clean & Kill everything and Stop Thinking Duct Tape is a Permanent Fix for Repair Orders. The more We keep Allowing things to Stay the Same and not Fight for CHANGE shows Our Children that their Opinion and Voice does not Matter and will believe that Giving-up is their only Solution an that their Issues problem situation that their trying to Voice or Fight is not Important an CHANGE will never Happen. OUR CHILDREN DESERVE SO MUCH MORE THAN BARE MINIMUM & UNINHABITABLE LIVING... PLEASE HELP MAKE OUR VOICE`S HEARD...THANK YOU
