This Petition is in opposition to Woodhill Subdivision. The Developer has applied to build 192 homes on 40 acres of land. The breaks down to 4.5 houses per acre with two parking spots for each home. This proposed subdivision and design will cause more drainage and flooding issues, add traffic to an already dangerous narrow two lane road, and devalue the existing homes.  Councilman Hudson is 100% opposed to this subdivision but we cannot stop there. We need as many signatures as we can get before the next meeting that occurs on March 21, 2022 at 5:00 pm (222 St Louis Street, Baton Rouge)
