Lakshya Heights having RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ has committed to deliver the project of tower A, B and C by 2019 but they failed to do so. Even now they're saying that it'll be ready by 12-15 months which isn't going to happen as I've been visiting the site and the work is stuck and the MD is lying again and again. As per the law the amount which I'm bearing as I've taken loan should be refunded or a rental amount should be paid for the same. As a human don't ignore this petition and sign the same so that all the people associated with it can get justice as without your support nothing is possible.
