We know what's next for the proposed Costco in Lake Stevens now that the City Council has given it the green light despite objections from hundreds of residents...a bunch of challenges every step of the way until they do the right thing and do comprehensive studies and consider alternative uses for the site that won't negatively impact our traffic, environment and quality of life!
